We operate a flexible reporting strategy. Our experience shows that clients have differing demands and set their own criteria. We do our best to comply with our client’s requirements. We are happy to report on a regular basis at a frequency dictated by the client. We have a powerful flexible computer system. We can provide statistics in written and graphic forms. Here follows some of the information currently supplied:

- All open files
- All successful files
- All unsuccessful files
- Fees by amount
- Disbursements by amount
- % of fee against gross recovery
- Gross recoveries by amount
- Net payable by amount
- Selected statistics by commodity
- Statistics by name of insured
- Notes on current status of claims
            - % of successful against unsuccessful

             The list above is not comprehensive. This information can be supplied to our clients                annually, or quarterly, or monthly. Most clients that require this sort of feedback need              it no more than bi-annually.
