Claims and Recoveries Bureau works for a number of global insurers and reinsurers in the investigation of international cargo movements and related transactions. We can investigate whether alleged cargo movements have actually taken place, find lost or stolen cargo, and inspect Bills of Lading and other transit documents to assess whether they are genuine or not.
Some of our clients require certain services such as Bill of Lading authenticity checks, cargo tracing or ship tracking regularly and we have arrived at special arrangements with them for reporting, timescales, fees etc. Others may only require one off, or occasional assistance and we are happy to be contacted in order to undertake such work also.
