FEES

We accept instructions from clients on a "No Success No Pay" basis, in so far as our own fees are concerned. A copy of our current fee scale can be supplied on request. 

Accepting instructions on this basis creates the right incentive for a successful recovery. The knowledge that no fee will be earned unless there is success concentrates the mind on the business in hand. Similarly the knowledge that there will be no fee without success, encourages us to discuss the future handling of doubtful cases with our clients at an early stage. We try not to involve our clients in expensive consultant's or lawyer's fees. 

We acknowledge that there is sometimes a need to take advice; we do this, mainly, only after we have discussed the situation with our client. Mostly we adhere to our published fee scale, our charges never exceed the scale. We do however in certain circumstances agree special rates. For example we are the exclusive Recovery Agent for a major United Kingdom insurer. We have a special fee scale for all work from that source. We would also consider any request for a special fee on specific cases.
